Claude Fable 5 found 17 problems in the vault. In 20 minutes.

17 problems, one run, 20 minutes.

But it wasn’t just me.

It even identified long-standing issues in Linux that had remained unnoticed for more than 23 years.

The same model that surfaced a bug Linux missed for 23 years.

That’s why Anthropic launched Project Glasswing.

They handed this model to the most powerful model to companies like Google, Microsoft, and Apple.

Fable 5 is Mythos 5 with additional safety safeguards.

Project Glasswing. The strongest model was handed to the biggest names first.

Those partners have already found over 10,000 serious flaws.

That got me thinking.

If a model this sharp can hunt weaknesses at that scale, what happens when you package the hunt as a skill? And point it at anything you want.

I did it. And this time, I let Claude Fable 5 build the skill itself.

The attacker designed the weapon.

But why should you listen to me?

Because I have been building with AI for three years, non-stop.

But I also started giving everything to Substack, starting from the beginning of April.

And almost %75 of my subscribers joined LearnAIWithMe in the last 3 months.

(From 5.000 to 15.600)

From 5000 to 15600 subscribers

But what has changed?

The only things I changed were how I analyze things and how much time I spend here.

I fed everything into AI. Every post, every number, every dead draft.

Then I asked two questions regularly.

What to do next. What to never do again.

I even have a skill that audits my drafts and predicts if a post deserves to go out.(moenytalks)

The MoneyTalks skill decides if a draft is worth shipping.

(This skill is inside AI labs and available for inner circlers.)

After a while, the system settles in your head.

Mine still misses things.

The AI catches what I miss.

That mix took LearnAIWithMe to #3 Rising in Technology.

The analysis did part of it. Consistency did part of it. You did the rest.

LearnAIWithMe ranked number 3 Rising in the Technology category on Substack
#3 Rising in Technology. Analysis, consistency, and you.

So after Fable 5, I turned what I know, my previous fails and gains, and the brain of Fable 5 into a skill, the skill that will tell you what not to do.

What will we build with this Claude skill?

Red Team Claude skill showing the five phases recon, premortem, devils advocate, crash test, debrief
Five phases. One verdict.

A Claude Skill that red teams anything you point it at, a business, a website, a launch plan, or an idea you have not built yet.

Militaries invented this job. One team builds the plan. Another team gets paid to destroy it before the enemy does. The practice is called red teaming.

Deloitte liked it so much they bought a military war-gaming firm in 2010 and turned it into an enterprise service.

A small strategy engagement at their published rates runs $50K to $250K.

I compressed that job into one file.

The skill from my last article, The Consultant, reads your past. It audits what exists and finds what is broken.

The Red Team attacks your future. It takes what you are about to do and tries to kill it before reality does.

It works in five phases.

  • One: Recon. It classifies the target and builds a model of it. What winning means, which beliefs must hold, what the whole thing depends on.

  • Two: Premortem. It jumps 12 months forward, declares your plan dead, and writes the causes of death.

  • Three: Devil’s Advocate. It prosecutes every assumption you are standing on and names the weakest one.

  • Four: Crash Test. It hits your dependencies with disasters. The main channel dies. The biggest client leaves. The price doubles. You are out for a month.

  • Five: Debrief. One rule turns three attacks into a verdict. When two or three weapons hit the same weakness on their own, the finding escalates to CRITICAL. Three attack angles crossing at one point is the strongest evidence a red team can produce.

Let me show how it works with one use case.

Why This Works?

Doing the work matters. Knowing what not to do matters more.

I have built 200+ AI systems inside my articles. Around 90 percent of them landed flat.

I did not get better at building in the last six months. I got better at knowing which builds to skip.

Look at this article. It brought 328 subscribers and $1,905.

The article I almost skipped. 328 subscribers, $1,905.

I almost did not publish it. I was not sure you wanted NotebookLM content from me. One split-second decision put it out.

Or this Note. 409,258 impressions, 9,543 shares, 1,780 subscribers.

Viral Substack Note with 409258 impressions, 9543 shares, and 1780 subscribers
One Note. 409K impressions, 1,780 subscribers.

Both wins might not be there if I don’t have my system.

That is the real problem.

My instinct could not separate a winner from the skip pile. The data could.

The story says Edison burned through a thousand failed prototypes before the bulb lit. When someone asked about the failures, he said he had not failed. He had found a thousand ways that do not work.

That list of dead ends was the asset. The bulb was the last item standing.

A red team industrializes that list. It finds the ways that do not work before you spend the year finding them yourself.

The only thing you need is an idea, that’s all, one idea can change your life, for better or for worse.

Setting up the Red Team Claude skill (step-by-step)

Settings, Skills, Upload, Try in Chat. That is the whole setup.

Settings, Skills, Upload, then Try in Chat.

That is the whole setup.

All you have to do is download this skill.

It works on Claude, Claude Code, or Claude Cowork.

Let me show you how to do it in Claude.

Steps: Download the Skill / Go to Settings / Skills / Click on Upload / Upload the skill / Click the Skill / Click on “Try in Chat”

That’s it.

Now point it at something you have not built yet. A launch, a price, a decision you keep circling. The skill will tell you how it dies before you spend the year finding out.

Your turn.

But first, the skill file. Here is the link to download it.
