7000 hours of freelance AI work is solid, but you're right, the real edge is shipping. Spent years in PM at startups and Salesforce; now running my own advisory for B2B SaaS founders. Love this exact problem space.
If you want a second set of eyes on any of these 7 apps (product direction, feature prioritization, GTM angle, user feedback loops), I'm in. No strings. Just think it's a fun way to stress-test thinking on AI applications at scale.
Fabrice, I would of course love that, thanks for your comment. For now, I subscribed and I'm following along. I'll DM you once the first build is live. Would love your eyes on product direction and GTM angle before I take it to real users. And if you'd agree, I'd love to share parts of our conversation in the second article, where I break down the results. Could inspire readers to do the same.
Is the Substack $12/month subscription and the Vault $12/month the same or separate? I’ve paid the $12/month Substack subscription to follow the Built. Ship. Repeat but it’s difficult to follow there
Vault is a complementary platform for Substack paid subscribers, so there is no separate payment needed.
If you are on the monthly subscription ($12/month), you can access everything on Substack.
If you are on the annual plan, you can also access the prompts inside the Vault.
Inner Circle members can access everything in the Vault, including AI Labs, where AI assistants track your progress, and the AI Store, which includes AI tools.
To follow the Build. Ship. Repeat. series, the $12/month subscription is enough.

Thanks! I asked because while I’m a Substack subscriber, I was still prompted to pay again when I subscribed to the Vault, despite using my Substack email address.
Let me update the notification here. If you’re already a paid subscriber, it should prompt you to upgrade to the annual subscription to access this section. Thanks for the heads-up.
Hello Gencay - I've signed up and am interested to see how it goes! What's the best way for subscribers to follow along / get involved - will this project be accessible via your normal posts?
If you become an annual paid subscriber, you can access the prompts inside the Vault. There is also another subscription tier, Inner Circle, where you can access all Vault content.
By the way, the Vault is a platform built for only Substack paid subscribers.
Thank you. I paid for the above project (I think it was $80) so I don’t know if that makes me a paid subscriber or allows access to the vault? Probably not but no worries!

DM me if it lands.
Excited for it! Reach out when ready.

Would it be possible to tag the builds with Build #1, #2, etc., so they are easier to follow? Thx!
Hi Nomie,
Two different series: easy to confuse.
Build. Ship. Repeat. = one real product per month. 7 builds in 7 months.
I build one app from scratch, connect it to Stripe, ship it with a domain,
and actually sell it. Each month we decide together which build is next.
Bigger builds, deeper code.

Build It = AI systems, faster. 30 builds in 10 weeks. M/W/F. Smaller,
weekly experiments anyone can run in their own environment.
All posts here: https://www.learnwithmeai.com/t/build-it
Same writer. Different cadence. Different scope.
Hope this clears it up. Let me know if you want me to point you to a
specific build.
Got it! I’m interested in Built it to get the hands on experience. Thanks for clarifying!

Thanks for asking these clarifying questions.
It will help the community better understand what is included and where to find everything.
Let me know if you have any more questions. You can also DM me.

Hi Gencay,
which subscription plan should I choose to have access to Claude Code: Build. Ship. Repeat.
Hi Ivan,
A monthly subscription will suffice ($12/month).
However, if you choose the yearly plan, you’ll pay 30% less ($8.3/month, $100/year).
Hi Gencay, where can I find materials? I paid an annual subscription.
Hi Ivan,
If you’re referring to the additional materials, please sign up for the Vault using the same email address you used before.
You can find more information here: https://www.learnwithmeai.com/p/premium-contents
If you want to build and ship with AI, you can find everything in this post.
You can DM me if you have more questions.
I meant that : On May 1, you’ll see the build.
The prompts. The code. The live link.
If you want to follow along, subscribe.
Every paid post gives you the full build: working prompts, agent configurations, and deployed apps you can use, fork, or steal.
In plain English.
You learned how to prompt.
I now understand. Here, I already published it on May 1; here it is: https://www.learnwithmeai.com/p/claude-code-build-ship-repeat-1-i

Hi Saj,
Yes, this one will be available inside the posts.

Hi Saj,
You can access the prompts inside the Vault since you’re an annual subscriber.
Quick tip: use the same email address you used to sign up for Substack when logging into the Vault: https://learnaiwme.com/
If you have any issues accessing it, you can always reach out to me via DM.
