This week, I've chatted with three different customers on Upwork. Interestingly, I only applied to one of them; the other two found me. Although we had great conversations, we won't be proceeding due to disagreements over pricing and conditions.

Thanks to my updated profile and earned badges, I now have the luxury of choosing the jobs I want. However, just a year ago, I was continuously applying for various positions and sending out proposals but rarely received responses. What has changed since then?
